Scheduling, purchasing, and or taking part in any photo or video service from JonSoCreative LLC in any way, makes you, the customer or recipient of services, liable to the following conditions:

You acknowledge and consent to paying a one-time non-refundable deposit of $30 at least 24 hours before a scheduled photo shoot.
You acknowledge and consent to paying before or immediately following the conclusion of a photoshoot. Failure to pay within 48 hours following a photo shoot will result in no delivery of photos.
You acknowledge and consent to refunds being withheld or reshoots taking place solely at the discretion of the photographer. In the case of a reshoot, there will be a minimum fee of 50% of the price of the original photoshoot (deposits are not included in this fee).
You acknowledge and consent to have your likeness be used in perpetuity in every medium for promotional and other purposes including social media platforms, websites, print, and video.
